Rental Policies
General Policies Reservations: We solicit your advance reservations on all party and banquet equipment both to ensure availability for your function and so it can be packed and checked in time for our delivery or your pick-up. Advanced deposits are required on reservations for some party rental items. Delivery & Pick-up Service: Delivery and pick-up for all rental items can be provided by our personnel. Charges are based on time required but are simplified through the use of zone system. Many of our items can be transported in regular vehicles. We also offer after hour deliveries and set-up services. Please contact us for an exact quote on these services. Rates on these services are contingent upon prompt and efficient reception at the time of delivery and pick-up. Additional charges will assessed for deliveries other than ground level or if equipment is not ready fo pick-up. Cleaning Charges: All food service items must be rinsed by customer before return to prevent food particles from drying and requiring special attention. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of not less than 30% of the total rental fee. Replacement Charges: Replacement cost will be charged for any items which are broken or lost. Repair charges will be assessed when necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice.
